The United States Constitution requires that a census be taken every 10 years, so it’s that time again! Beginning in March 2010, census forms will be delivered to every residence in the United States and Puerto Rico. When you receive yours, just answer the 10 short questions and mail the form back in the postage-paid envelope provided. If you don't mail the form back, you might receive a visit from a census taker, who will ask you the questions from the form.
Go to the North Carolina Census 2010 and United State Census 2010 websites for comprehensive Census information, including information about Census-based financial and political benefits conferred on states.
