AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 14-401.5 RELATING TO THE PRACTICE OF PHRENOLOGY IN CERTAIN COUNTIES.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. The last sentence of G. S. 14-401.5, as the same appears in the 1957 Supplement to the General Statutes, is amended by inserting after the comma following the word "Ashe" and before the word "Bertie", in line 2, the word and punctuation "Avery,"; by inserting after the comma following the word "Davidson" and before the word "Duplin", in line 4, the word and punctuation "Davie,"; by inserting after the comma following the word "Martin" and before the word "Mecklenburg", in line 6, the word and punctuation "McDowell,"; and by inserting after the comma following the word "Scotland" and before the word "Transylvania", in line 8, the word and punctuation "Surry,".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
