HOUSE BILL 349

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 1235 OF THE 1959 SESSION LAWS RELATING TO PLATS AND SUBDIVISIONS AND LAND SURVEYS SO AS TO REMOVE THE APPLICATION OF THE SAME TO VANCE COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. That Chapter 1235 of the 1959 Session Laws is amended by deleting the words "Lee and Jackson" in the last line of Section 3.1 of the said Chapter and adding in lieu thereof the words "Lee, Jackson and Vance".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 18th day of April, 1961.
