AN ACT TO RATIFY CERTAIN ACTS OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF ROCKINGHAM COUNTY IN CONFIRMING THE SALE OF LAND AT PUBLIC AUCTION.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. All sales of real estate at public auction heretofore held and conducted by the City of Reidsville, in Rockingham County, under the provisions of North Carolina General Statutes 160-59, which have been in all respects approved and confirmed by the Clerk of the Superior Court of said county and where the time for appeal from said order of confirmation and approval has expired without the perfection of an appeal from said order, are hereby declared to be valid, including such restrictions and reservations as may have been contained in the instrument of conveyance.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
