HOUSE BILL 918

 

 

AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS IN THE TOWN OF RONDA IN WILKES COUNTY SHALL BE REGULATED AND CONTROLLED AS PROVIDED BY ARTICLE 3 OF CHAPTER 160 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES OF NORTH CAROLINA.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. All elections held in the Town of Ronda in Wilkes County shall be held, controlled and regulated as provided by the rules and regulations set forth in Article 3, Chapter 160 of the General Statutes of North Carolina.

Sec. 2. Chapter 108, Public Laws of 1931, and all other laws and clauses of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
