AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 1235, SESSION LAWS OF 1959, RELATING TO PLATS AND SUBDIVISIONS OF LAND SURVEYS SO AS TO PROVIDE SAID ACT SHALL NOT APPLY TO CAMDEN COUNTY.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. Chapter 1235, Session Laws of 1959, is hereby amended by inserting in Section 3.1 the word and punctuation "Camden," immediately after the word and punctuation "Beaufort," and immediately before the word "Hyde" in line 2 of said Section.

Sec. 2. The intent and purpose of this Act is to provide that the provisions of Chapter 1235, Session Laws of 1959, shall not apply to Camden County.

Sec. 3. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 4. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
