HOUSE BILL 437

AN ACT RELATING TO THE NETTING OF SUCKERS AND FORAGE FISH IN HAW RIVER, DEEP RIVER, CAPE FEAR RIVER AND ROCKY RIVER, IN LEE AND CHATHAM COUNTIES.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. It shall be lawful for any person to net suckers and other forage fish in Haw River, Deep River, Cape Fear River and Rocky River, in Lee and Chatham Counties, between December 1 to and through April 15 of each year.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
