HOUSE BILL 76

 

 

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 1363 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1957 RELATING TO THE LAW LIBRARY IN YANCEY COUNTY.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. Section 6 of Chapter 1363 of the Session Laws of 1957 is amended by adding at the end of said Section a new paragraph to read as follows:

"The Clerk of the Superior Court of Yancey County is authorized to pay from the funds so collected the sum of one thousand sixty-three dollars and eighty-six cents ($1,063.86)         to B. B. Penland & Son Company, Burnsville, North Carolina, for labor and material furnished by said company in the construction of shelving for the books in said library."

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 22nd day of May, 1963.
