HOUSE BILL 1037

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 794, SESSION LAWS OF 1961, RELATING TO THE POWER OF EMINENT DOMAIN IN CONNECTION WITH SMALL WATERSHED PROGRAMS, SO AS TO MAKE IT APPLICABLE TO GUILFORD COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Chapter 794, Session Laws of 1961, is hereby amended by inserting the word "Guilford" between the words "Davie" and "Iredell" in line 1 of Section 2 thereof.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
