AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER 841, SESSION LAWS OF 1959, THE SAME BEING THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF BARNARDSVILLE IN BUNCOMBE COUNTY.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. Chapter 841, Session Laws of 1959, is hereby repealed. It is the intent of this Act to terminate the corporate existence of the Town of Barnardsville, Buncombe County.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 25th day of May, 1965.
