AN ACT TO SUBSTITUTE REGULAR APPROPRIATIONS FOR APPROPRIATIONS FROM THE CONTINGENCY AND EMERGENCY FUND WITH RESPECT TO THE ATLANTIC STATES MARINE FISHERIES COMMISSION AND THE COMMERCIAL FISHERIES ADVISORY BOARD.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1.  Chapter 1260 of the Session Laws of 1959 and Chapter 1100 of the Session Laws of 1951 making appropriations to the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission from the Contingency and Emergency Fund are repealed.

Sec. 2.  There is hereby appropriated to the Department of Conservation and Development for the use of the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) for each year of the biennium 1965-1967.

Sec. 3.  There is hereby appropriated to the Department of Conservation and Development for the use of the Commercial Fisheries Advisory Board two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) for each year of the biennium 1965-1967.

Sec. 4.  All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 5.  This Act becomes effective July 1, 1965.
