HOUSE BILL 36

AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF CERTAIN STEEL TRAPS ON THE LANDS OF OTHERS IN NEW HANOVER COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Section 3 of Chapter 819 of the Session Laws of 1963, as amended by Chapter 1255 of the Session Laws of 1963, is hereby amended by inserting the words "New Hanover" immediately following the word "Brunswick" in line one thereof.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
