HOUSE BILL 484

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF FORSYTH COUNTY TO FIX THE COMPENSATION OF COUNTY OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. That G. S. 153-48.5, as the same appears in the 1965 Supplement to the General Statutes, be amended by adding after the word "Davie" and before the word "Graham" in the fourth line of said Section the word "Forsyth,".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after ratification.
