HOUSE BILL 1176

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 677 OF THE 1947 SESSION LAWS RELATING TO THE ZONING LAWS OF FORSYTH COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. That Section 31 of Chapter 677 of the 1947 Session Laws be and the same is hereby amended by deleting the word "thirty" in line 18 of said Section, and substituting in lieu thereof the word "ten".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall apply to Forsyth County only.

Sec. 4. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
