HOUSE BILL 568

 

AN ACT TO MAKE IT LAWFUL TO TAKE FOXES IN WILKES COUNTY AT ANY TIME.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1.  G.S. 113-111 is hereby amended by adding after "Watauga," the word "Wilkes,".

Sec. 2.  Notwithstanding the provisions of G.S. 113-111, it shall be unlawful to hunt foxes in Wilkes County by the use of electronic calling devices.

Sec. 3.  This act shall become effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 14th day of May, 1971.
