SENATE BILL 555

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 317 OF THE 1971 SESSION LAWS TO CORRECT A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1.  Section 4 of Chapter 317 of the 1971 Session Laws is hereby amended by deleting from line 6 the word "bi-annually" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "biennially".

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 19th day of May, 1971.
