HOUSE BILL 456

AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER 601 OF THE 1949 SESSION LAWS RELATING TO REGULATION OF PROFESSIONAL BAIL BONDSMEN IN BLADEN COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1.  Chapter 601 of the Session Laws of 1949 relating to regulation of bail bondsmen in Bladen County is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective upon ratification.
