HOUSE BILL 1483

 

AN ACT REPEALING CERTAIN FISHING PROHIBITIONS IN THE VICINITY OF LAKE WACCAMAW.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. Chapter 944 and Chapter 1286 of the 1953 Session Laws, which prohibit fishing in and within two miles of Lake Waccamaw in Columbus County during certain hours, are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall be effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 16th day of July, 1971.
