AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF $160,000 TO THE CHILD DAY CARE LICENSING BOARD FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE CHILD DAY CARE FACILITIES PROGRAM.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

 

Section 1.  There is hereby appropriated to the Child Day Care Licensing Board from the General Fund of the State the sum of $160,000 for the biennium beginning July 1, 1971, for the purpose of the administration of the program of the Child Day Care Licensing Board, provided such Board is created by an act of the 1971 General Assembly.

Sec. 2.  Privilege license taxes collected from licensed day-care facilities under the provisions of Article 7 of Chapter 110 of the North Carolina General Statutes shall be deposited in the General Fund of the State.

Sec. 3.  This act shall be in full force and effect from and after July 1, 1971.
