HOUSE BILL 161

AN ACT to amend G.S. 14-401.5 to make the practice of phrenology, palmistry, FORTUNE-telling or clairvoyance prohibited in new hanover county.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  G.S. 14-401.5 is hereby amended by inserting in the third paragraph thereof, immediately following the word "Nash" and the comma at the end of line six thereof and immediately prior to the word "Northhampton" at the beginning of line seven thereof, the words "New Hanover".

Sec. 2. This act shall become effective upon ratification.
