AN ACT TO CORRECT ERRONEOUS INTERNAL REFERENCES IN ARTICLE 4 OF CHAPTER 165 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES RELATING TO VETERANS SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  G.S. 165-22(2) is hereby amended by rewriting the second line thereof to read as follows: "benefits set forth in G.S. 165-21(1)a. and d. and G.S. 165-21(2) of".

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 16th day of April, 1973.
