AN ACT TO REPEAL THE DURHAM COUNTY SUNDAY CLOSING LAWS.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. Chapter 406 of the Public-Local Laws of 1923, requiring the Sunday closing of businesses in Durham County, is repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall become effective upon ratification.
