HOUSE BILL 300

AN ACT TO REPEAL G.S. 130-58.1 CONCERNING NEGLECTED ILLEGITIMATE CHILDREN.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  G.S. 130-58.1 is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 31st day of March, 1977.
