GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 112
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. The Chapel Hill-Carrboro Board of Education may pay employees, who are employed on a 10-month basis, on the last working day of each month for work performed during that pay period.
Sec. 2. Chapter 307, Session Laws of 1979 is repealed.
Sec. 3. This act is effective upon ratification.
