GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 124
AN ACT TO INCREASE THE MILEAGE ALLOWANCE FOR THE DURHAM COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Section 5 of Chapter 657 of the 1975 Session Laws as amended by Chapter 167, Session laws of 1979 is further amended by deleting "fifteen cents (15c) per mile" and inserting in lieu thereof "the prevailing State reimbursement rate per mile under G.S. 138-6(a)(1)".
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
