GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 237
AN ACT TO INCREASE THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION FOR STANLY COUNTY.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. The first sentence of Section 2 of Chapter 141, Session Laws of 1961, as amended by Chapter 355, Session Laws of 1975, is amended by deleting "ten", and inserting in lieu thereof "twelve".
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
