GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 476
AN ACT TO EXEMPT THE WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA AGRICULTURAL CENTER FROM G.S. 66-58.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. G.S. 66-58(b) is amended by adding a new subdivision to read:
"(13c) The Western North Carolina Agricultural Center."
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 9th day of June, 1983.
