AN ACT TO AMEND THE AUTHORITY TO SET FEES FOR THE BOARD OF MEDICAL EXAMINERS.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. G.S. 90-6 is amended by inserting a new second sentence between the existing first and second sentences in the second paragraph to read:
"The fee for reactivation of an inactive incomplete application shall be five dollars ($5.00)."
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 8th day of March, 1983.
