CHAPTER 5
AN ACT TO STRENGTHEN LAWS REGULATING SALES OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. G.S. 18B-302(a) is amended by deleting the word "knowingly".
Sec. 2. This act shall become effective October 1, 1983.
