GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 879
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR "SIGNAL 25 COMMUNICATORS" FOR THE HIGHWAY PATROL.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Crime Control and Public Safety for fiscal year 1983-84 the sum of seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for "Signal 25 Communicators" for the Highway Patrol.
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 20th day of July, 1983.
