GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 907
AN ACT TO REPEAL CONDITIONS WHICH HAVE BEEN SATISFIED.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Section 8 of Chapter 340, Session Laws of 1983 is repealed.
Sec. 2. The last sentence of Section 2 of Chapter 677, Session Laws of 1983 is repealed.
Sec. 3. The last sentence of Section 2 of Chapter 540, Session Laws of 1983 is repealed.
Sec. 4. This act is effective upon ratification.
In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 21st day of July, 1983.
