GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 992
AN ACT TO CLARIFY THE LAW REGARDING CORNEAL TISSUE REMOVAL.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Sub-subdivisions b. and c. of G.S. 130A- 391(a)(1) are repealed and a new sub-subdivision b. is inserted to read:
"b. no objections are known to the medical examiner or regional pathologist; and".
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 27th day of June, 1984.
