CHAPTER 360
AN ACT TO PREVENT TAKING WILD TURKEYS WITH RIFLES.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Paragraph (1) of subsection (a) of G.S. 113- 291.1 is amended to read as follows:
"(1) With a rifle, except that rifles may not be used in taking wild turkeys."
Sec. 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 1985.
