GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 61
AN ACT TO CHANGE THE SENATE MEMBERSHIP OF THE COMMITTEE ON EMPLOYEE HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL BENEFITS.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. G.S. 135-38(a)(4) is repealed.
Sec. 2. G.S. 135-38(a)(6) is rewritten to read:
"(6) Two other members of the Senate appointed by the President of the Senate;".
Sec. 3. This act is effective upon ratification.
