A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR HUMAN SERVICE/ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN CRAVEN, PAMLICO, AND LENOIR COUNTIES.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to Craven County the sum of $15,000 for the 1989-90 fiscal year for human service or economic development projects, or both.

Sec. 2.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to Pamlico County the sum of $15,000 for the 1989-90 fiscal year for human service or economic development projects, or both.

Sec. 3.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to Lenoir County the sum of $15,000 for the 1989-90 fiscal year for human service or economic development projects, or both.

Sec. 4.  This act shall become effective July 1, 1989.
