A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO COMPLETE THE SCIENCE BUILDING AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA AT GREENSBORO.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Board of Governors of The University of North Carolina the sum of thirty-six million five hundred eighty-six thousand three hundred dollars ($36,586,300) for the 1999-2000 fiscal year for capital expenses which will be incurred in completing the Science Building at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Section 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 1999.
