AN ACT to MODIFY THE CURRENT OPERATIONS APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF 2001 AND TO MAKE OTHER CHANGES IN THE BUDGET OPERATION OF THE STATE.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2002.
