A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to amend the laws to provide for the financial privacy of customer information and records.


The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  This act amends the laws of the State to provide for the privacy of information and records relating to customers of financial institutions.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
