Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

SECTION 1.  When the House of Representatives and the Senate, constituting the 2004 Extra Session of the 2003 General Assembly, do adjourn on Thursday, November 4, 2004, they stand adjourned sine die.

SECTION 2.  This resolution is effective upon ratification.
