A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE town of Morrisville TO regulate golf carts on public streets or highways within the town or on property owned or leased by the town.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 1 of S.L. 2006‑27 reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 1.  This act applies to the City of Saluda and the Town Towns of Faison and Morrisville only."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
