A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE town of Morrisville TO regulate golf carts on public streets or highways within the town or on property owned or leased by the town.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 1 of S.L. 2006‑27, as amended by S.L. 2007‑72, reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 1.  This act applies to the City of Saluda and the Towns of Badin, Carolina Beach, Emerald Isle, Fremont, Faison, Indian Beach, Kings Mountain, Kure Beach, Morrisville, Shelby and Wrightsville Beach only."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
