A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO the family life council of greater Greensboro, inc., to support its wise guys program.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Family Life Council of Greater Greensboro, Inc., a nonprofit organization, the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the 2008‑2009 fiscal year to support its Wise Guys program, a nationally recognized male-oriented teen pregnancy prevention program.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2008.
