A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate multicampus center funds for wake technical community college.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Community Colleges System Office the sum of one million one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,150,000) for the 2008‑2009 fiscal year to support the multicampus locations of Wake Technical Community College.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2008.
