A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT TO PERMIT THE town of cary TO DESIGNATE SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE CITY CLERK TO ISSUE CLOSING‑OUT SALE LICENSES.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 2 of S.L. 2002‑33, as rewritten by S.L. 2005‑12, reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 2. This act applies to the Cities of Charlotte and Greensboro and the Town of Cary only."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
