A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to promote small dairy sustainability by allowing consumers to contract with local farmers to purchase fresh milk.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 6.1 and Section 6.2 of S.L. 2004‑195 are repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
