A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT to eliminate the cap on the number of charter schools.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. G.S. 115C‑238.29D(b) is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act is effective when it becomes law.
