A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to APPROPRIATE funds for the outdoor historical drama "horn in the west."

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Southern Appalachian Historical Association, Incorporated, a nonprofit organization, the sum of twenty‑five thousand dollars ($25,000) for the 2009‑2010 fiscal year in recurring funds to present the outdoor historical drama "Horn in the West."

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2009.
