A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to repeal the prohibition on contracts between governmental entities and labor organizations for the purpose of collective bargaining.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  G.S. 95‑98 is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
