A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds to establish the north carolina korean war veterans memorial park.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Korean War Veterans Association, North Carolina Chapter 265, a nonprofit organization, the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the 2009‑2010 fiscal year to help establish the North Carolina Korean War Veterans Memorial Park in the Town of Mint Hill.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2009.
