A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds for planning a satellite campus of forsyth community college in stokes county.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Community Colleges System Office the sum of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for the 2009‑2010 fiscal year to be used for planning a satellite campus of Forsyth Community College in Stokes County.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2009.
